Rustam Minnikhanov: “We are for strong Tatarstan, strong Russia and this is the key to our success”

On September 14, speaking at a festive event held at the Kazan-Arena stadium, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the election of deputies of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation was successful.
An hour after the polls closed in the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov addressed thousands of people from the stage of the Kazan-Arena stadium.
"Today's event is important in the life of our republic. We have elected deputies of the State Council of the fifth convocation. The vast majority of the electorate voted in the republic. The election was successful," Minnikhanov said.
He thanked the audience for their participation in the election and expressed his gratitude to the city administration for arranging celebrations in the stadium.
"We see how our capital and our republic are changing. We love our republic and will do everything to make it prosper. We are for strong Tatarstan, strong Russia, and this is the key to our success. Together we all win!" he said.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
