Rustam Minnikhanov holds session of the working group of Russian State Council

On September 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of the working group of the Russian State Council in Moscow. Aide to Russian President Igor Levitin and representatives of regions took part in the session.
The working group chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov prepares proposals for sessions of the Russian State Council on development of road and transport infrastructure in the country.
Tatarstan President told about experience of the republic in using new technologies and materials in road construction, and construction of roads in rural areas.
Participants of the session also discussed reduction of construction for providing more townships with roads.
According to results of the session, all proposals and suggestions will be summarized and Rustam Minnikhanov will present the report at a session of the Russian State Council in October.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
