Rustam Minnikhanov visits Coca-Cola park “V dvizhenii” in Kazan

On September 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Tatarstan Minister of Sport Vladimir Leonov and Head of Kazan Executive committee Denis Kalinkin visited Coca-Cola park “V dvizhenii” in Kazan.
«Coca-Cola Hellenic» Director General Stefanos Vafidis told Rustam Minnikhanov about the park that opened for the first time during the Olympic Games in Sochi. Kazan is the first city of a 4-year tour around Russian big cities.
Rustam Minnikhanov talked to young Kazan residents, who were playing sports and took pictures with them.
In the first pavilion, Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the history of Coca-Cola company and its sports activities, and shown some exhibits connected with Kazan Universiade and Olympic Games in Sochi, such as the Olympic Torch.
In the second pavilion the Olympic champion Aleksey Nemov presented interactive composition about doing sports at home. The guests also saw trainers simulating running, skating, skiing and swimming.
Coca-Cola park “V dvizhenii” will be open till September 28.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
