Razif Karimov becomes Acting Head of Executive Committee of Zainsk region

On September 22, early resignation of Head of Executive Committee of Zainsk region and Head of the region Tatiana Voropaeva was discussed at an extraordinary session of the local council.
Tatiana Voropaeva is resigning from her position because she was elected a deputy of Tatarstan State Council of the fifth convocation.
On behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov Ildar Khalikov, who took part in the session, thanked Tatiana Voropaeva for her fruitful and dedicated work.
“People’s trust is your main achievement, convincing evidence that your work is seen and appreciated. I know firsthand that being the first person of the region is a very difficult and responsible task. You gave Zainsk region a lot of time and energy, making every effort to make it one of the leading regions of the republic," Ildar Khalikov told Voropaeva.
On behalf of Tatarstan President Khalikov handed in the Medal For Merits in the Development of Local Government in Tatarstan to Tatiana Voropaeva and the Letter of gratitude to the former head of the executive committee Airat Bariev. Also Tatiana Voropaeva was awarded the title "The Honorary Citizen of Zainsk municipal region".
At Ildar Khalikov’s suggestion deputies of the local council voted for appointing Razif Karimov Acting Head of Executive Committee of Zainsk region. Prior to this appointment, he worked as Director of the Kazan dairy factory.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
On May 14, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.
On 9 May Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument “The victorious soldier” dedicated to the celebrations of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW II) 1941-1945 and held at Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
