Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in opening of new research centre «Technology Innovation Transfer Chamber»

On September 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening of new research centre «Technology Innovation Transfer Chamber» (TITC).
TITC is a research park and business incubator in Brno (Czech Republic). It is one of the main projects of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the South Moravian region and Brno University of Technology.
Presentation of results of close cooperation between universities and Regional economic chamber of the South Moravian region was shown to Tatarstan delegation.
Researches, development and innovations are priority areas for Brno. South Moravian innovation centre, - “Silicon Valley of Brno” is the result of cooperation between higher school and business.
Research centres, such as TITC, are being built to develop innovative entrepreneurship. The project functions are organization of work of business incubator, participation in national and international projects, cooperation with international research institutes, and consulting in the sphere of technological exchange.
The agreement on cooperation between Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and Regional economic chamber of the South Moravian region was signed at the meeting.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
