Tatarstan President: “We will be glad to develop cooperation with Czech partners”

On September 26, during his working trip to Czech Republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held negotiations with businessmen of the South Moravian region at the INTEMAC research centre (Kuřim).
The INTEMAC provides professional services in research and engineering of equipment for manufacturers and users of machines, training in the sphere of latest trends and new methods of industrial equipment operation and application of production technologies. Rustam Minnikhanov shared his impressions with the businessmen and called «INTEMAC» a modern competence centre.
Tatarstan President considers common areas of the two regions, - innovative development, involvement of educational centres and focus on cooperation with foreign partners, - to be the basis for further development of relations between Tatarstan and Czech Republic.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that prospective areas of cooperation are machine building and automotive industry, new materials and advanced technologies, innovative development and agriculture, transport and logistics, education and tourism.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
