Ildar Khalikov takes part in session of the Council under Russian Presidential envoy in Volga Federal District

On September 26, at a session of the Council under Russian Presidential envoy in Volga Federal District chaired by Russian Presidential envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich in Orenburg, heads of the regions discussed the development of the vocational secondary education system in the regions of Volga Federal District. Tatarstan was represented by Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov.
Opening the session, Mikhail Babich said that Volga region is a highly developed industrial district, with 25 per cent of the total Russian industrial production concentrated in it, and the issue of vocational training is of utmost importance for Volga Federal District regions.
Mikhail Babich mentioned a number of issues need to be discussed at the session. One of them was related to the training of blue-color specialists.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
