Tatarstan delegation takes part in reception on behalf of the King of Saudi Arabia

On October 5, during the final day of their working visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Tatarstan delegation led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn reception on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty the King of Saudi Arabia Abdullah ibn Abdilazīz on the occasion of Eid al-Adha holiday.
Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administrative Office Asgat Safarov, Aide to Tatarstan President on international issues Radik Gimatdinov, mufti, Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of the Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan Kamil Samigullin are on the Tatarstan delegation.
Earlier, during his stay in Saudi Arabia, Rustam Minnikhanov met leadership of Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Emir of Mecca Prince Mashal ibn Abdullah ibn Abdul-Alaziz and visited Muslim holy sites.

On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
