Projects of construction and reconstruction of objects in the centre of Kazan presented to Rustam Minnikhanov

On October 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on projects of construction and reconstruction of objects in the centre of Kazan. Chief architect of Kazan Tatyana Prokofieva presented the projects, - reconstruction of low storey houses in Mardzhani street, the International educational centre in Fedoseevskaya street, the hotel complex in Universitetskaya street, the administrative building in Karl Marx street, and others.
Participants of the meeting discussed the situation with unfinished multistory building in Mayakovsky street, and the project of the building located on the crossing of Moskovskaya and Yakhina streets.
Several projects that had been revised before were discussed at the meeting. In particular, projects of the building 66, Narimanov street, the office building in Mayakovsky street, and the building 55, Gladilov street were approved.
Aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova, Tatarstan prosecutor Ildus Nafikov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin, Minister of Land and Property Azat Khamaev, and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in the meeting.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
