Rustam Minnikhanov meets representatives of Haldor Topsoe in Copenhagen

On October 9, at their meeting in Copenhagen, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and executives of Haldor Topsoe discussed issues of further cooperation in the field of petrochemical industry and introduction of new technologies at oil refineries.
In Tatarstan, Haldor Topsoe cooperates with Nizhnekamskneftekhim and TANECO Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex and is one of the licensors of Ammoniy mineral fertilizers plant project.
“Haldor Topsoe is an important partner of our republic. We have a lot of joint projects. Your technologies are successfully implemented, and we are interested in continuing our mutually beneficial cooperation,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
The parties also discussed the possibility to arrange the training of students of specialized universities of Tatarstan and specialists of petrochemical industry at the training centers of Haldor Topsoe. The Haldor Topsoe representatives supported the idea.
Rustam Minnikhanov offered to prepare and sign an agreement on cooperation in the field of training of specialists and students. According to him, Haldor Topsoe and Tupolev Kazan National Research Technological University can find areas for cooperation.
"We should develop our relations and move forward," Tatarstan President addressed the company representatives. On behalf of large petrochemical enterprises of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov also thanked the company for cooperation. "Everybody in Tatarstan considers you excellent professionals, introducing cutting-edge technologies," he added.
The company representatives, in their turn, expressed their interest in implementing other projects in Tatarstan. In particular, it can be a project to expand refining capacity at the TANECO complex, they said.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
