Chairman of Tatarstan government Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with management of holding “Hayat” (Turkish Republic)

Chairman of holding “Hayat” management Yahya Kyyly, member of holding “Hayat” management Avni Kyyly, Director General of company “Kastamonu Entegre”, member of holding “Hayat” management Haluk Iyldyz , commercial attaché of consulate general of Turkish republic in Kazan Serdar Akyndzhy, Head of RT Cabinet Office Shamil Gafarov, First Deputy minister of industry and trade of Republic Tatarstan Vladimir Solovyev, plenipotentiary of Republic Tatarstan in Turkish Republic Radik Gimatdinov took part in the meeting.

Holding “Hayat” consists of leading companies of Turkish Republic which specialize in production of chemical and woodworking industry. Total annual turnover of group of companies “Hayat” in 2008 made 1,5 bln. dollars.

In October 2008, “Kastamonu Entegre” company started working through the issue of placing woodworking plant on the territory of Tatarstan with possible volume of investments 100 mln. dollars. As a result territorial administration of Federal agency on management of special economic zones in Tatarstan (Russian Federation) and “Kastamonu Entegre” Company (Turkish Republic) have signed Protocol of intentions. It was realized within Tatarstan-Turkish Business Forum when Turkish delegation headed by President of Turkish Republic Mr A. Gul visited Tatarstan.

At the meeting in the RT Cabinet the participants discussed issues connected with realization of investment project of “Kastamonu Entegre” Company of creating woodworking plant on the territory of special economic zone “Alabuga”.
