Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with Turkish company Lotus Energji

Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with representatives of Turkish company Lotus Energji in the RT Cabinet on issues of potential mutually beneficial projects.

Tatarstan Prime Minister said that Tatarstan and Lotus Energji may in fact realize many interesting projects. In particular, the experience of Lotus Energji in creating multifunctional petrol station is of great interest for Tatarstan.

Indeed, Turkish companies are successfully working in republic. Though they are mainly presented in building branches other economic sectors may also be involved.

By words of Aide to Prime Minister on foreign economic activity Iskander Mouflikhanov the meeting was initiated by Lotus Energji. The company also plans to visit JSC “Tatenergo” and JSC “Tatheftehiminvest-holding”.

Special economic zone “Alabuga” and project of JSC “TANEKO” (construction of petrochemical and oil-refining plants in Nizhnekamsk) will also be presented to management of Turkish company.

Director General of JSC “Tatheftehiminvest-holding” Rafinat Yarullin, Aide to Prime Minister on foreign economic activity Iskander Mouflikhanov presented Tatarstan at the meeting. Lotus Energji, in its turn was presented by Chairman and Chief Executive Director of Lotus Energji Erdal Celik, Managing director of the company – Mehmet Fehmi Özata, Head of subdivision of business development in CIS countries of Lotus Energji Ildar Pendzhiev.
