Bank of Moscow develops cooperation with Tatarstan

On October 30, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President and Board Chairman of OAO "Bank of Moscow" Michail Kuzovlev discussed issues related to cooperation between the Bank of Moscow and Tatarstan, contribution of the bank to development of regional infrastructure, main aims and tasks facing the Kazan branch of the Bank of Moscow.
The meeting also discussed issues related to corporate lending, including that within the framework of national programmes to support small and medium-sized enterprises. Since the beginning of the year, the small and medium-sized business lending portfolio of the Kazan branch of the Bank of Moscow has increased twice.
Michail Kuzovlev said that in the near future the bank plans to finance investment projects aimed at social and economic development of the republic. Mariam Davletshina, who has been appointed Director of the Kazan branch of the Bank of Moscow, will implement these areas.

On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that 170 educational facilities will have capital overhaul by federal and regional programmes, having added that the bulk of the projects are planned to begin at the start of the summer holidays.
