Rustam Minnikhanov meets President of National Business Association of Colombia (ANDI)

On November 5, during his visit to Colombia (Bogota), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met President of National Business Association of Colombia (ANDI) Bruce Mac Master. The company head office is located in Medellin.
Welcoming Tatarstan President and members of the delegation, Mac Master said: “We are very interested in entering Russian market, we need to expand our joint activity and we already have some contacts with Tatarstan companies”.
Tatarstan President told about realization of big oil, gas and engineering projects in the republic, and work of technoparks and industrial zones. He also noted that Tatarstan and Colombia are cooperating in several areas. In particular, OAO “Kazan helicopters” supplies multipurpose helicopters Mi-17-1B, and OAO “KAMAZ” supplies trucks and bus chassis to Colombia.
Aide to Tatarstan President on international and foreign economic affairs Radik Gimatdinov, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Ruslan Kabirov, Board Chairman of Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shamil Ageev, Director General of OAO “Tatneft” Nail Maganov, First Deputy Board Chairman of OAO “AK BARS” BANK Zufar Garaev, and Marketing and Sales Director of Kazan helicopters plant Valery Pashko took part in the meeting.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
