“With a sore heart we remember those we lost on that tragic day of November 17, 2013. No matter how much time will pass our anguish of bereavement will stay with us. It was a terrible misfortune for those, who lost their children, mothers, fathers, relatives and friends, for our republic and country. Today we are bowing down to those, who lost their lives so early and unexpectedly, and their relatives. We are standing on the place that will always be a pain in our hearts and memories. They say people die twice, and the second time is when we forget about them. We will always remember you…
We cannot turn the clock back, we can only keep the memory and help each other. I hope that our common feelings will help to console relatives of the lost. Let us cherish the memory of the lost,” Ildar Khalikov said and read out the names of people, who died in the plane crash one year ago.
