Today the session of Tatneft Board of directors of the company took place in Almetyevsk (Tatarstan) under presidency of the Prime Minister of Republic Tatarstan - chairman of Tatneft Board of directors Rustam Minnikhanov.

The board of directors examined results of budget performance of " Tatneft " for the first half-year, approved the budget for August of current year and brought a number of changes in budgetary management in JSC " Tatneft ".

During the session the course of construction of the Complex of oil refining and petrochemical factories in Nizhnekamsk has been discussed. The total number of workers on a building site makes more than 6 thousand people, nearly 1 thousand units of building technics are involved.

Within the limits of project realization, construction and mounting works for the sum 19,5 billion rbl have been performed including 11,2 billion rbl. - for 2009. Every day more than 100 million rbl. on construction of complex are mastered. Commissioning of the first starting complex including 211 titles is planned in 2010.

Besides, Board of directors of "Tatneft" considered number of other issues relating to the activity of the oil-extracting company.
