Infectious diseases hospital to be repaired and new equipment for rehabilitation of children with infantile cerebral palsy to be purchased by order of Tatarstan President

On December 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with Chief federal inspector in the Republic of Tatarstan Renat Timerzyanov, Tatarstan Minister of Health Adel Vafin, Head of the Department for Construction, Transport, Housing, Utilities, and Roads at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Ildar Sibgatullin on multiple requests being received from Tatarstan citizens concerning heath care issues and medical services.
The first issue on agenda was major repair of regional infectious diseases hospital in Kazan that specializes in helping children aged 0-15 with infectious diseases. Some 12 million roubles were allocated for repair works this year. Some works have already been done. Rustam Minnikhanov gave a task to prepare necessary documents and start repair works in the nearest time.
The second request concerned purchasing robotic rehabilitation complex for children with infantile cerebral palsy. Adel Vafin said that about 500 children need such rehabilitation in the republic and the nearest place where this equipment can be found is the town of Cheboksary (Tatarstan). Rustam Minnikhanov asked to find the equipment and consider the opportunity of purchasing it for the republic.
Speaking about another request about purchasing a mobile ultrasonograph for Kukmor central hospital, Vafin said that the purchase is scheduled and the equipment can be delivered in the first quarter next year. Minnikhanov addressed the minister with requirement to hold a tender as soon as possible and purchase the equipment in the nearest time.
The last issue discussed at the meeting was construction of medical and obstetric centre in Sarmanovo region that will be included in the programme of 2015 by the order of Tatarstan President.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
