Rustam Minnikhanov attends Annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly

On December 4, in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended Annual Russian Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly traditionally made by the Head of State Vladimir Putin.
The Address took place at the Kremlin’s St George Hall before an audience of more than 1,000 people. In his Address, the Russia's President spoke about the situation in the country and outlined main directions of domestic and policies of the state. Those present for the Address included members of the Federation Council, State Duma deputies, members of the Government, heads of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, regional governors, heads of regional legislative assemblies, heads of Russia’s traditional religious faiths, public figures, including heads of regional public chambers, and the heads of Russia’s biggest media outlets.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported the statistics on collection of utility payments and payment discipline.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that 170 educational facilities will have capital overhaul by federal and regional programmes, having added that the bulk of the projects are planned to begin at the start of the summer holidays.
