First vice-premier of Tatarstan Government Boris Pavlov held meeting on innovative projects of the Russian fund of development of high technologies in sphere of deep oil refining

The meeting on innovative projects of the Russian fund of development of high technologies in sphere of deep oil refining was held yesterday, on August 11, at the RT Cabinet by RT First Deputy Prime Minister Boris Pavlov.

Director of fund Paul Provintsev, chairman of Board OOO “Uglerodtopkhim’ , Alexei Ozerenko took part in a meeting.

The project « Innovative business on the basis of application of nano-catalyzer for deep processing of hydrocarbonic raw material was presented by chairman of Board of directors “Uglerodtopkhim-tekhnologia" Alexey Ozerenko. A new technology with application of nan-ctalyzer is used in the project. According to authors of the project, working capacity of this catalytic systems so far is proved only in laboratory conditions and on example of work of one industrial enterprise, raw material for which was black oil and tar. Developers suggest to construct for final working off of technology an experimental plant on 0,5-1,0 million tons of oil in territory of Republic Tatarstan.

Boris Pavlov noted that interest of the Government of Tatarstan to the offered project is connected with prospects of its realization in petrochemical branch of Republic Tatarstan and an opportunity of decrease in expenses on oil refining with use nanо technologies 1,5-2,5 times.

Participants of meeting discussed features of technological process, questions of cost of development, and readiness of developers to carry out construction of pilot installation.
