Tatarstan Government and Russian Venture Company signed Agreement on cooperation in innovation activity

On December, 9, at the meeting of Board of Trustees of Tatarstan Investment and Venture Fund, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and CEO of Russian Venture Company Igor Agamirzyan signed an agreement on cooperation in innovation activity and "road map" in the field of development of venture capital investments between Tatarstan Government and Russian Venture Company.
The President of Tatarstan Academy of Sciences Myakzyum Salakhov made a report on results of the tenth regional contest "Fifty Best Innovative Ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan." In particular, he said that in 2014, 1612 applications to take part in the contest have been received from 13 Russian regions. Ten 10 winners were selected in each of eight nominations. Moreover, some of the projects submitted for the contest, won awards and scholarships from partners of the contest.
The Director of Tatarstan Venture Investment Fund Ainur Aideldinov reported on mechanisms to support innovative companies in their early stages. His proposal to provide financial support to promising innovative companies to enable them to promote their projects after the research and experimental development stage was approved by the Board.
Igor Agamirzyan told about key factors of success and development of the venture capital industry in Russia.
The Executive Director of the Russian Venture Capital Association Albina Nikkonen briefed on the work of venture investment funds in the Russian market in 2014.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
