We are paying tribute to the fallen heroes, and honour those, who live with us, who proved their dedication to their native country and people by self-sacrificing and selfless feat. A few generations have grown up after Great Patriotic War, and a lot of heroes were from Tatarstan. There is less and less people, who witnessed those sorrowful years.
Russia is a heroic country. We came through many wars and managed to withstand due to valour of our heroes. They gave us opportunity to live in peace, and set high standards of serving to the Motherland.
There is one hero of the Soviet Union, three heroes of the Russian Federation, 30 heroes of socialist labour, 30 Full Cavaliers of the Order of Labour Glory in the republic. Today the society needs their courage and wisdom more than ever. We can cultivate the love to our Motherland and be sure that our country will be in safe hands only by thinking about their glorious past.
I would like to wish you happiness, wellbeing, and strong health. Let your children live happily without seeing the horrors of war and mothers not losing their sons in peaceful time.
