Infomates were shown to Board chairman of RF Pension fund Anton Drozdov

The work of information boothes of the third generation (infomates ) has been demonstrated today in Kazan to Board chairman of the RF Pension fund Anton Drozdov within the limits of inter-regional seminar on issues of Russia's PF bodies in 2010 in terms of the changed pension legislation.

Anton Drozdov has arrived in capital of Tatarstan today in the morning with a working visit. The main objective of visit - participation in inter-regional seminar-conference which gathered the representatives of 28 regions and acquaintance with activity of RF Branch of PF on Republic Tatarstan.

Before the beginning of a seminar-meeting Mr Drozdov accompanied by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and managing director of Russia's Pension Fund on Tatarstan Marsel Imamov examined specially equipped minibuses intended for mobile client service (the service was created for the best service of citizens in small settlements, for rendering consulting services and raising level of knowledge of the population).

Further, the infomates intended to raise the quality of service of citizens have been presented to A. Drozdov .

The infomates are equipped by a touch screen (22 inches), a built in videocamera, a scanner of documents, a printer, a cash acceptor, etc. It is supposed, that by means of such infomates the population can get access to such services of the Pension fund, as the opportunity of payment of additional insurance contributions on a memory part of labour pension, on -line consultation, scanning of documents at resolving the questions, demanding identification card.

Answering the questions of journalists upon ending of the meeting, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that today the republic is interested in presenting the population as much as possible the state services in an electronic mode. As he said, introduction of information technologies would enable to reduce wandering over authorities, simplify reception of this or that information or document.

« Technical and technological innovations allow to make so that an information base which already is, available might have been used by federal and republican bodies» , - Rustam Minnikhanov said.
The infomate is one of those components which allow authority to be in any form accessible to the citizens, Prime Minister of Tatarstan said .
