Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov: «Branch of Pension fund over Tatarstan is one of significant both in Volga federal district and as a whole across Russia»

The issue of connecting the budgetary organizations to electronic document circulation with Branch of the RF Pension fund on RT has been settled at the expense of RT Cabinet For today 27 % of insurants - employers are already have been connected to contactless technology of transfer of the information to RF Pension fund. Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov informed on this today at the inter-regional seminar on preparation of RF Pension fund bodies for work in 2010 in conditions of administration of insurance payments on obligatory pension and medical insurance.

The representatives from 28 subjects of federation arrived in Kazan and took part in a seminar held by Board chairman of the RF Pension fund Anton Drozdov.

The Prime Minister of Tatarstan noted, speaking at the seminar that the republic is focused on the newest information technologies in all spheres of the state services and administrations. Today, a task in view of introducing unified republican information systems for various departments cooperating with each other.

Tatarstan Branch of the Pension fund is one of significant both in the Volga federal district and as a whole in the Russian Federation. By number of insurants and by amount of the collected individual data the republic holds the first place in the Volga federal district, by number of addressees of pensions - the second. By volume of the incomes in the budget of the Pension fund in the first half-year 2009 Tatarstan also is ahead of many regions.

Despite of economic crisis, the republic tries not to lose the achieved parameters. So, in Tatarstan it is approved and operates the regional program of predicative measures with total amount of financing above 2 billion roubles. For today, the program encircles nearly 3 thousand enterprises and organizations, over 90 thousand people involved. The republic has created more than 73 thousand additional and temporary workplaces, the program of assistance to development of enterprise activity and self-employment is being realized.

To cut quantity of the unemployed and to take off social tension is possible with realization of such projects, as major repairs of multiroom apartment houses, construction of some sports constructions, development of transport infrastructure. Besides, reconstruction of the international airport 'Kazan", erection of new high-speed automobile highways and junctions is envisaged.

All this will promote growth of pension deductions from citizens.

Making comments on the federal law inuring from 2010 №212 (« About insurance payments in the Pension fund of the Russian Federation, Fund of social insurance of the Russian Federation, Federal fund of obligatory medical insurance and territorial funds of obligatory medical insurance ») the head of the government of Tatarstan expressed confidence that its realization would take place successfully in the republic.
