The Underwater Research Team led by an experienced Tatarstan diver Dmitry Shiller made the world's first successful dive in Antarctic waters near the Deception Island to a depth of 97 meters. This is the third phase of the The Pole of Cold Project which has been implemented by courageous and enthusiastic researchers to glorify our Motherland. I sincerely congratulate you on this significant event and sincerely wish the Russian Geographical Society further fruitful work, implementation of new and interesting ideas and research projects.

On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
