Rustam Minnikhanov meets deputies of Russian State Duma representing the Republic of Tatarstan

On December 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met deputies of Russian State Duma representing the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazan. Secretary of Tatarstan branch of All-Russia political party “United Russia”, Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, and First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the meeting.
Speaking at the event, Farid Mukhametshin noted that such meetings have become traditional.
Tatarstan Minister of Economy Artem Zdunov made a keynote report “On attracting federal funds to the republican economy”. He presented information about the amount of stated and approved investments within the framework of state federal programmes. Zdunov said that the republic does not take part in four of 32 federal programmes.
Participants of the meeting suggested using all opportunities of deputies for attracting federal funds to regional economy.
Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov, who took part in the meeting, reported on state support of agricultural industry in 2014.
Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov told about state order in the sphere of defence industry complex.
Summing up, Rustam Minnikhanov said that participation in all federal programmes is the main purpose today.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
