Rustam Minnikhanov: “Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry is one of the best in Russia”

On December 26, speaking at a solemn event dedicated to summarizing results of 2014 at Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry is one of the most influential and important in Russia and plays a significant role in the economic development of the country.
Opening the event, Chairman of Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce Shamil Ageev noted the attention paid to the development of entrepreneurship by Tatarstan President personally.
In his welcoming speech, Minnikhanov said that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry is an important structure for any region. “Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry is one of the best one in Russia,” he said.
He reminded that the Tatarstan Chamber is actively involved in many activities, its Chairman Shamil Ageev participates in business foreign visits of Tatarstan delegations, Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry has a lot of contacts in Russia and abroad.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
