Hazardous dwelling owners handed in new flat keys in Laishevo district

On December 27, general director of the Fund for utilities reforms promotion Konstantin Tzitzin, Chairman of the supervisory council of the Fund for utilities reforms promotion Sergey Stepashin, Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, Head of the Laishevo Municipal District Mikhail Afanasiev, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, Executive Director of the Tatarstan State Housing Fund under the Tatarstan President Talgat Abdullin took part in the solemn ceremony dedicated to handing the  keys to new flats to the hazardous dwelling resettlement programme participants.

It should be noted that the construction of the 24-apartment house started in June and was commissioned in December. Currently, three 153-apartment houses are being built in Stolbischi, Gabishevo and Laishevo urban-type settlements.

Head of the Laishevo Municipal District Mikhail Afanasiev said that this event took place thanks to the authorities of Tatarstan Republic that pay much attention to the implementation of the programme.

“Tatarstan President supervises the realization of the project. The weekly meetings are held on the issue”, Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov added.

Speaking about the programmme of resettling citizens from hazardous dwelling, Sergey Stepashin noted that the programme for 2014 is fulfilled  in Tatarstan and expressed hope for further cooperation in this field.
