Prime Minister of Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov: if not help of “Tatneft ", 800 thousand sq. m. on social mortgage planned for this year would not have been commissioned

Today, Head of Tatarstan Government Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated on house warming the inhabitants of working settlement Jalil of Sarman municipal region.

We remind that RT Prime Minister is with a working visit in southeast of the republic. During his trip he visited Jalil settlement, which these days is celebrating the 45 anniversary from the date of its foundation.

The new 60 –apartment five-story house on Akhmadeeva street has been constructed in settlement Jalil within the limits of the republican program of social mortgage. The part of apartments in it has been redeemed by "Tatneft "for those standing in a waiting list” - large families.

Addressing the new settlers, RT Prime Minister noted that even in conditions of economic crisis, the program of social mortgage in the republic is being realized in full. By 2009, the State Housing fund under RT President will have commissioned 800 thousand sq. m. of habitation (11800 apartments).

Rustam Minnikhanov especially emphasized that a serious mite in realization of the social mortgage program had been brought by the oil-extracting company "Tatneft ".

« If not the help of "Tatneft ", 800 thousand sq. m. under the social mortgage planned for this year would not have been commissioned», - RT Prime Minister said.

He also informed that the last month in Kazan under the scheme of classical mortgage not a single apartment was realized. Though, the program of social hypothecary crediting allows to provide our citizens with habitation, Rustam Minnikhanov said.

Answering the questions of mass media representatives upon the end of celebrations, head of the RT Government informed that today at the session of Tatneft Board of directors he had addressed the management of oil-extracting company with the request to carry out advance payment to RT State Housing Fund - for implementing the program on social mortgage in 2009. As he said, it was necessary to use as much as possible a building season for completion of objects on social mortgage. Advance payment of “Tatneft " will make 400 million rbl.
