Indoor skating rink “Archa-Arena” opened in Arsk municipal district

On December 30, within his working visit to Arsk municipal district, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited new 6-apartment house, constructed under the hazardous dwelling resettlement programme.
The price of one square metre for the participants of the programme is 28,500 roubles. The flat owners paid part of it selling their hazardous dwelling, and took out low-cost mortgage loans for 15 years to pay the rest.
Then, Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the solemn ceremony dedicated to the opening of Archa- Arena indoor skating rink with artificial ice. The rink is designed and suitable for figure skating and hockey. To the point, the total cost of construction makes over 209 million roubles, and it is the 39th skating rink in Tatarstan .
Speaking at the ceremony, Tatarstan President congratulated the residents of Arsk district on the New Year. “The new facility will allow to attract more children and youth in doing sports, and in several years the Arsk district will be proud of new athletes and their achievements”, Tatarstan President said. “Every time I visit it, I notice that Arsk undergoes positive changes”,Rustam Minnikhanov added.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
