Tatarstan citizens to pay fine of 276, 000 roubles for breaking rules of displaying fireworks

On January 6, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Sergeev said that 139 people will pay a fine of 276, 000 roubles for fire safety breach when using pyrotechnic products from the middle of December.
According to the speaker, the rules for using pyrotechnic products in Tatarstan are prescribed by the decree of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on a special fire prevention regime in the Republic of Tatarstan from December 15 till January 10.
As a result of 1123 inspections conducted by police officers 115 cases of fire safety breach have been revealed. 139 people will pay a fine of 276, 000 roubles. According to Sergeev, most cases were revealed from the end of December till the 5th of January. In accordance to the current decree, special sites for displaying fireworks were provided in every municipal region except for Tukai region. However, 7 people including 2 children were injured during this period.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
