New head introduced to staff of Federal Agency for State Property Management in Tatarstan

On January 13, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Head of Federal Agency for State Property Management Olga Dergunova introduced new head to the staff of Federal Agency for State Property Management in Tatarstan, - Gulnara Sergeeva.
Olga Dergunova noted that many professionals, who work in the positions of federal level, are from Tatarstan.
Speaking about Gulnara Sergeeva, Dergunova noted her legal education and working experience in Russia in 90s, and her team spirit.
Ildar Khalikov, in his turn, said that regional leadership highly estimates work of Federal Agency for State Property Management in Tatarstan, and it was noted at the meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov that there are no unsolved problems at the moment. The Prime Minister noted that he had known Gulnara for 10 years and wished her good luck in new position.
Gulnara thanked Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Presidential Plenipotentiary in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich for supporting her candidacy.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
