Mintimer Shaimiev meets Olga Dergunova

On January 13, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of Guardians of the “Revival” Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Economic Development – Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management Olga Dergunova at the Kazan Kremlin. Olga Dergunova arrived in Kazan because of appointment of new Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Republic of Tatarstan.
CEO of the “Revival” Foundation Tatyana Larionova, who took part in the meeting, told about work of the foundation on restoration of the old town of Bolgar and the island town of Sviyazhsk, monuments of federal significance.
Some issues on restoration and preservation of these monuments that are under the supervision of the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management Igor Babushkin and Pavel Fradkov, Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnara Sergeeva, and Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Culture Svetlana Persova took part in the meeting.

On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.

On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.

On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
