Rustam Minnikhanov: we have to modernize production in crisis

Presentation of JSC POZIS engineering centre and meeting on coordinating activity of industrial enterprises and organizations in the sphere of technical re-equipment and development of cooperation were held today in Zelenodolsk. RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov, Head of Zelenodolsk municipal region Radik Khasanov, President of RT association of enterprises and entrepreneurs Aleksandr Lavrentyev took part in the event.

Engineering centre is a highly developed technical complex belonging to “POZIS” company. It was created for development, testing, introduction and manufacturing of produce of any complexity. Moreover, the centre is aimed at increasing competitiveness of production and services in industrial sector of republic. It consists of Innovative technical centre, instrumental and machine building complexes.

Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that economical situation in republic is still rather sophisticated. At the end of August, the index of industrial production made 87 %. Situation in various industrial sectors differs considerably.

RT Prime Minister asked management of republican enterprises to take part in deliveries of components for Universiade objects.

As many as 3m 175 thousand square meters of housing planned to put into operation in Tatarstan in 2026

On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.

Head of the Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture: Today priority is to prepare agricultural machinery for field work in 2026

On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.

“Buran” (Snow storm) plan put into operation in Tatarstan

On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
