Session of Operations Office on monitoring markets for agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs held at Tatarstan Government House

On February 4, at Tatarstan Government House, acting Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held the session of Operations Office on monitoring markets for agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs on the territory of Tatarstan Republic.
Issues related to public procurement for social institutions, changes of staple food prices and the current situation were under discussion at the session.
Aleksey Pesoshin reported that Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Federal Service on state statistics on Tatarstan Republic, Center of economic and social research under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministries conduct monitoring of staple food prices with the help of executive committees of municipalities of the republic.
To the point, First Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Nikolaev said that Tatarstan Prosecutor's Office and Tatarstan Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service inspected major retail chains on the territory of the republic in order to prevent unreasonable price increase and revealed some violations.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
