Tatarstan Prime Minister: “The 2014 year was bright and prosperous in the history of Vysokogorsky region”

On February 17, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, who took part in a session of the Council of Vysokogorsky region dedicated to results of the social and economic development of the region in 2014 and tasks for 2015, said that the region has fully implemented all the tasks set in 2014 and managed to significantly improve many of the indicators.
Making a keynote report at the session, Head of Vysokogorsky region Rustam Kalimullin said that last year the region managed to maintain its positions in the rating of the social and economic development of the municipal regions of Tatarstan.
Assessing results of the activity of the region in 2014, Khalikov said the most objective indicator of the favorable situation in the region is the population growth. If five years ago the natural population decline made 195 people, then at the end of 2014 the region showed a natural increase of 180 people. "I do not think that we still have regions that in five years could reach such serious results," he said, stressing that at the end of 2014 the region managed to maintain its 12th position in the rating of social and economic development of municipalities.
“The 2014 year was bright and prosperous in the history of Vysokogorsky region. A lot of ambitious goals were realized. I sincerely wish that new tasks set by Tatarstan President will be fulfilled,” Khalikov summed up.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
