Rustam Minnikhanov meets managing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers group of companies in Russia Mr. David Gray

On March 4, at their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the managing partner of the group of companies "PricewaterhouseCoopers» in Russia Mr. David Gray discussed issues of further cooperation.
In particular, Minnikhanov noted that Tatarstan is interested in continuing cooperation with the company "PricewaterhouseCoopers" on a number of projects.
Earlier, Minnikhanov had a meeting with representatives of the company in St. Petersburg in May 2014 within the framework of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
PricewaterhouseCoopers has cooperated with Tatarstan-based businesses since 1995, its services being retained by Taif, Tatenergo, Kazanorgsintez, Tatneft, Kamaz, Tattelekom, Ak Bars, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Ak Bars holding company, and others. In 2007 the company opened its office in Kazan.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
On 3 January on the errand from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the republic , held an urgent meeting of the Commission which discussed readiness of forces and means to ensure security during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
On 29 December, speaking at a briefing held in Tatarstan Government House on issues of ensuring the uninterrupted operation of road services and housing and communal services during the holidays, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin said that during the holidays special attention will be given to providing heat supply to apartment buildings.
On 24 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” held during the 17th session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation.
The Head of the Government of the republic will fulfill wishes of five-year old Landysh who dreams of a guitar, 13-year old Zariva who will get a smart speaker, eight-year old Leyla dreaming of a bike and 16-year old Evelina who will be given an e-book.
