Rustam Minnikhanov expressed condolences on the death of Mukhammat Sabirov

On March 9, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov expressed condolences to the Sabirov family on the death of Mukhammat Sabirov. He sent a telegram to Fagima Sakhapovna, the wife of Mukhammat Sabirov.

“Dear Fagima Sakhapovna! I heard the news about the death of an outstanding figure of the Republic of Tatarstan with great sadness. It is a terrible loss for his relatives and all of us. He was a great leader, a person with a proactive approach to life, oil industry worker and builder with a big “B”. He made a great contribution to development of building and oil industries. In the most difficult years he was entrusted with heading the Government of our republic. He devoted his knowledge, power and energy to successful solving of problems connected with economic stabilization and creation of the social welfare system. I am mourning with you and your children Shamil, Guzel, and Marat today. Mukhammat Gallyamovich will always stay alive in our hearts and the great projects he realized will be helping Tatarstan citizens for a long time.
