Rustam Minnikhanov: “The Republic of Tatarstan is interested in cooperation with Pardis technology park in Teheran

On March 9, at his meeting with executives of Pardis technology park in Teheran, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is interested in cooperation with the technology park.
Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working visit in Iran on March 8-10.
Founded in 2001, Pardis technology park occupies the area of 38 hectares and consists of two zones – Pardis innovations and Pardis science.
Companies working in the spheres of ICT, nanotechnologies, biotechnologies, electronics, mechanics, pharmaceutics, chemistry, alternative energy sources, town planning and architecture are located at Pardis technology park. All residents are provided with certain benefits such as exemption from taxes for 15 years, exemption from customs duties and operation of the labour code of Iran.
Minnikhanov got familiar with the technopark infrastructure and visited its premises specializing in pharmaceutics and control center of telecommunication companies.
At his meeting with executives of the technopark Rustam Minnikhanov thanked them for the opportunity to visit Pardis technology park, where “the technological paradise was created for a short time.”
Minnikhanov noted that Iranian specialists rely on innovators and universities, the basis for developing new areas and projects. He told about the project “50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” realized in Tatarstan that helps developing innovative activity in the republic.
Tatarstan President offered Iranian colleagues to take part in innovative courses held in Tatarstan and invite developers from Tatarstan to visit such events in Iran.
Also, an agreement of intent that implies development of cooperation was signed between Pardis technology park and Kazan IT-park today.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
