Rustam Minnikhanov: Leadership of the republic and Jewish community have got many joint plans that will be realized in the nearest time

On March 11, at his meeting with representatives of the Jewish community and Tatarstan Jewish National and Cultural Autonomy, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov discussed repair of the façade of the synagogue and holding of the festival of Jewish music.
Chief Rabbi of Kazan and Republic of Tatarstan Ichak Gorelik, Chairman of Jewish community and Tatarstan Jewish National and Cultural Autonomy Mikhail Skoblionok took part in the meeting.
Tatarstan President reminded that he visited the Jewish Museum and Center of tolerance in Moscow. “Leadership of the republic and Jewish community have many joint plans that will be realized in the nearest time,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
Tatarstan President and Chief Rabbi of Kazan and Republic of Tatarstan discussed repair of the façade of the synagogue for its 100th anniversary that will be celebrated in September 2015.
Mikhail Skoblionok informed that limmud, an educational, cultural and entertaining event will be held within the framework of the event. He noted that such celebrations will be held in Kazan for the first time and it is expected that Chief Rabbi of Russia and guests from Israel will come to Kazan. Skoblionok continued that the festival of Jewish music will be already the fourth in Kazan. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov allocated money for organization of the festival.
Minnikhanov also gave task to allocate funds for building the sports hall at the Jewish school No.12 in Kazan.
Answering questions of journalists about maintaining good relations with representatives of all religions in the republic, Ichak Gorelik noted that it is based on simple human relations and respect to each other. Skoblionok, in his turn, said that Tatarstan President personally pays much attention to interethnic relations in the region and Tatarstan has experience in maintaining interethnic and inter-confessional peace.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
