Aleksey Pesoshin: The most important thing is to remove rubble and render all necessary help to the injured in fire at Admiral shopping center

On March 12, Tatarstan first deputy Prime Minister – Chairman of the Tatarstan commission for emergency situations and fire safety Aleksey Pesoshin set the task to finish removing rubble and render all necessary help to the injured in the fire at Admiral shopping center that happened in Kazan on March 11.
Pesoshin informed that the control center is operating 24 hours and the main task now is to organize work to search for people lost in rubble.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov gave task to render financial help to the injured. Families of the dead will receive 1 million roubles, and the injured - 200-400 thousand roubles. Free medical aid will be rendered to foreign citizens who got injured in the fire. Families of foreign citizens will get compensation of costs for transportation of the bodies of the dead.
Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting of the commission on emergency situations and fire safety at Admiral shopping center today.
The head of the Volga regional emergency centre Igor Panshin, Secretary of the Tatarstan Security Council Airat Shafigullin, and head of the Tatarstan emergency situations ministry Rafis Khabibullin took part in the meeting.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
