Head of Tatarstan government Rustam Minnikhanov took part in parliament hearings

Rustam Minnikhanov took part in parliament hearings on discussing the RT draft law “On RT budget for 2010”. The event was held in assembly hall of RT State Council by chairman of RT State Council committee on budget, taxes and finances Murad Gadylshin. Deputies of RT State Council chairman Aleksandr Gusev and Rimma Ratnikova, republican prosecutor, members of RT government, ombudsman, deputies of RT State Council attended a session.

RT Minister of economy Marat Safiullin reported that situation at labour market is still very knotty in republic. Unemployment is up. Though stabilization measures have allowed decreasing it. Currently number of the unemployed is 52 000 people. Another problem is drop of availability of financial means and volumes of crediting. Rouble strengthening is another urgent new problem, Mr Safiullin said.

The draft budget of Republic Tatarstan was discussed at session of the RT Cabinet then studied by RT President Mintimer Shaimiev and submitted by him for consideration to RT Council.

Thus, the basics of RT budget for 2010 consists of the following parameters of social and economic development: growth of GRP - 2,4%, index of industrial production – 2%, growth of salary fund – 4,2%, growth of consumer price index – 10%, price of oil export – 58 dollars per barrel, US dollar rate – 33,9 RUR.
