Agreements on cooperation signed between Bank of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan

On March 24, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Chairman of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina.
Nabiullina and Minnikhanov signed the agreement on realization of a pilot project on implementing the unified system of electronic reports at non-credit financial organizations, and agreement on holding All-Russia forum on digitalization of the financial market and international exhibition on innovative technologies for the financial market.
Digitalization implies direct electronic interaction between all participants of financial market.
Planned actions will help to improve interaction between mega-regulator and participants of the financial market, increase availability of financial services and tools, and provide equal opportunities to access financial market.

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
