Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in session of State Council on development of small and medium-sized enterprises

On April 7, during his working trip to Moscow, Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of Russian State Council on development of small and medium-sized enterprises chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Participants of the session discussed increasing efficiency of state support of small enterprises, expansion of access of businessmen to credit resources, solving problems of staff assistance, tax regulation and labour relations, inspections of regulatory and supervisory authorities.
Members of Russian Government, governors of a few regions, and representatives of business associations took part in the session.

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
