Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates Tatarstan citizens on the Easter holiday

On April 11 Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan congratulated Tatarstan citizens on the Easter holiday.
“Dear Orthodox Christians! From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on the end of the Easter fast and holy Easter!
For Christians all over the world Easter symbolizes pure humanity, sacrifice and forgiving love, and embodies the triumph of life over death, the good over the bad, absolution, and spiritual transformation of personality.
Every believer understands the unique atmosphere of Easter holidays that favours Orthodox unity, conformation of priority of imperishable spiritual and moral values.
Representatives of the Orthodox community in Tatarstan as well as Muslims and believers of other traditional religions make a weighty contribution to consolidation of inter-confessional and interethnic concord and spiritual development of the society.
And today, on this bright Easter holiday, we are one in striving for peace, belief in the good and justice, mercy and self-improvement.
Let the Easter holiday unite your spiritual powers, make you morally richer and purer. From the bottom of my heart I wish you and your relatives happiness, health and wellbeing!

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
