Cuban delegation visits Crisis Management Center of Chief Directorate of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Tatarstan

On April 21, Deputy Chairman of the Council of ministers of the Republic of Cuba, co-chairman of Russia-Cuba Interdepartmental commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation Ricardo Cabrisas accompanied by Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov visited Crisis Management Center of Chief Directorate of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Tatarstan.
Ricardo Cabrisas arrived in Kazan to take part in a session of Russia-Cuba intergovernmental commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation in Kazan on April 22.
The advanced fire-fighting and rescue equipment, and a situation room were shown to members of the delegation. Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic Oleg Stepushenko told about modern opportunities of crisis management.
Ricardo Cabrisas said he would help to implement Russian advanced solutions in crisis management in Cuba, and wished employees of the ministry good luck in such a noble work.

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
