Rustam Minnikhanov hands over awards to winners of International Olympiad in Tatar language and literature

On April 23, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over awards to winners of the 3d Olympiad in Tatar language and literature at Musa Dzhalil Tatar academic state opera and ballet theatre.
Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, Chief of staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Tatarstan Minister of Culture Airat Sibagatullin took part in the event. More than 500 pupils and students from 22 Russian regions and 10 foreign countries took part in the final round of the Olympiad.
Organizers of the Olympiad are sure that it favours preservation and support of the Tatar language and literature in Russia and abroad.
In his welcoming speech Rustam Minnikhanov thanked participants of the Olympiad for their contribution to preservation of the Tatar language, and representatives of foreign countries for participation in the Olympiad.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
