Tatneft Board of directors session took place in Almetievsk under presidency of Prime minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov

Today, a regular  session of Tatneft  Board of directors  took place in head office in   Almetievsk  under presidency of  Prime minister of Republic Tatarstan of Rustama Minnikhanov. Board of directors  considered  performance  of the company's budget  for ten months and  approved  the budget for December of current year.

The outcomes  of financial and economic activity of  " Tatneft " for nine months  2009 were  discussed. For the reported  it has been extracted  19,329 million tons of oil. Due to application of methods of increasing  petrofeedback of layers - 8,7 million tons of oil. It has been  recovered  572 million cubic meters of passing gas, it has been  developed  and passed over 214 thousand tons of wide fractions of easy  hydrocarbons. For the accounting period it  has been  put into operation of 248 extracting wells. As a whole in 2009 the company plans to keep the  achieved volumes of  oil recovery at a level of the last year.

During session the course of works on development of high viscous  deposits  of  Republic Tatarstan were considered. As a result of holding  trial works at Ashalchin   deposit for nine months from three pairs of  horizontal wells  it has been obtained  13,3 thousand tons of superviscous oil with total debit  50,7 tons per  day, all  in all  from the beginning of  deposit  development  it has  been extracted over  35 thousand tons.

In the territories located outside Republic Tatarstan,  21 wells  were  drilled , the volume of  oil recovery out of  them  made  192 thousand tons.

By results of financial and economic activity it has been  received 58,6 billion roubles of profit prior  taxation. According to the investment program of JSC  " Tatneft " for the accounting period it  has been  mastered 10,6 billion roubles of capital investments. Parameters of financial stability correspond  to normative rates .

Positively having estimated   the reached    results, the Board of directors  charged  executive management of the company to continue the planned works according to the accepted plans, and  to increase volumes of research and development on approbation of new domestic and foreign technologies on development, extraction and processing of superviscous oil.
