Banner handed over to Federal Penal Service in Tatarstan

On April 29, First deputy director of the Federal Penal Service Anatoly Rudy, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, and employees of the Federal Penal Service in Tatarstan took part in solemn presentation of the banner to the Federal Penal Service in Tatarstan at the Millennium Square in Kazan.
Anatoly Rudy said that this day would be inscribed in history of correctional system of the republic. Ildar Khalikov congratulated employees of the Federal Penal Service in Tatarstan on such an important event.
“By results of 2014, the Federal Penal Service in Tatarstan was one of three leading regional correctional subdivisions. Tatarstan leadership has always paid much attention to processes happening in this sphere and intends to render necessary assistance to correctional facilities of the republic,” Khalikov said.
The banner was handed over to the Federal Penal Service of Russia in 2011, and it will be also presented to 40 Russian regions later on.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
