Rustam Minnikhanov meets official delegate of Turkey at WorldSkills International

On April 29, during his working trip to Ankara, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met official delegate of Turkey at WorldSkills International Savas Erishen. They discussed development of WorldSkills movement.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that development of professional education has a positive impact on competitiveness of Russian specialists, and training of professional personnel should be done in accordance with modern market requirements.
Minnikhanov noted that Russia bid for the right to host WorldSkills International competitions in Kazan in 2019. This event arouses a profound interest of potential employers, he added.
Savas Erishen suggested holding similar competitions among cities of the Turkic world.
However, Rustam Minnikhanov said, it is important to win the right to host WorldSkills International in Kazan first of all.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
