Russian Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich arrives in Kazan

On May 29, at Kazan international airport, Acting President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov met Russian Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, who arrived on a working visit to Kazan.
The aims of the visit are participating in the session of Association of legislative bodies of subjects of Volga federal district in Russian Federation to be held in Kazan Town Hall and annual conference “IT technologies in military-industrial complex – 2015” to take place in the town of Innopolis.
Rustam Minnikhanov and Mikhail Babich are expected to look around the Industrial Park "Kamskie Polyani", where the second stage will be launched in the second half of the day. Later on the same day, Russian Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District and Acting President of Tatarstan Republic are to visit Nizhnekamsk to take part in solemn events, dedicated to the Day of Chemists.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
